Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

At Greer Aesthetics MD, it is our privilege to partner with you in your aesthetics journey. We are committed to providing exceptional care and personalized service to each of our patients. To ensure we can continue to accommodate everyone in a timely manner, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Booking Deposits

For all services, a booking deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited toward the cost of your treatment. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of appointments, this fee will be used towards the cancellation and rescheduling fees per policy.

Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

  1. Notice Requirement:
    • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failing to do so will result in a $100 fee.
  2. Cancellation Fees:
    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $100 fee.
    • Cancellations requests made prior to 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $25 fee.
  3. Late Arrivals:
    • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment, and you will be charged the $100 fee.
  4. Rescheduling
    • Consultations appointments: The consultation fee of $100 will be charged at the initial booking and is non-refundable.
    • Rescheduling requests for procedure appointments made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $100 fee (deposit fee).
    • Rescheduling requests made prior to 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $25 fee.
  5. No-Shows
    • No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged a $100 fee(deposit fee).

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies or unforeseen events can happen. If you experience an emergency or situation that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion*.

*Does not apply to the consultation fee.

Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

At Greer Aesthetics MD, it is our privilege to partner with you in your aesthetics journey. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of care and personalized service to all our clients. Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments and the time and resources dedicated to each procedure, we have established a strict No Refund Policy. Please review the following terms carefully:

  • No Refunds
      • Once a treatment or service has been purchased and the procedure has begun, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes dissatisfaction with results, changes in personal circumstances, or reactions to the treatment.
  • Consultation and Informed Consent
      • Before any treatment, a comprehensive consultation will be conducted to discuss your goals, expectations, and potential risks. By proceeding with the treatment, you acknowledge that you have been fully informed about the procedure and its possible outcomes and agree to proceed.
  • Package and Prepaid Services
      • All prepaid services and treatment packages are non-refundable. If you choose not to complete a package, the remaining balance may be applied toward another service of equal or lesser value, but it will not be refunded.
  • Cancellations and Rescheduling
      • We request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the prepaid amount for that session.
  • Product Purchases
      • All skincare, medical-grade products, and other retail items purchased from our clinic are non-refundable. Exchanges for unopened products may be allowed within 7 days of purchase, subject to approval.
  • Adverse Reactions and Complications
      • Should an adverse reaction or complication occur after a treatment, we will provide appropriate medical care to address the issue. However, this does not entitle you to a refund.
  • Results and Expectations
    • Aesthetic treatments can produce varying results depending on individual factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. While we strive for the best possible outcomes, results are not guaranteed and do not warrant a refund.
